  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chaperone’s total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the six months before the claim.
  • Chaperone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

  • Chaperone reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately for violating these Terms or for security risks, fraud, or non-compliance.
  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Lesotho.
  • Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through amicable negotiation or arbitration in the Kingdom of Lesotho.
