  • Determine the most suitable marketing activities for each stage of the company.
  • Develop suitable digital marketing strategies based on company business model.
  • Evaluate our brand’s target customers to identify social media channels that would provide the best opportunities for customer engagement.
  • create and oversee social media presence.
  • improve search engine rankings.
  • Analyse analytics to monitor customer engagement.
  • Perform SEO audits to identify various issues  impacting our company’s search engine performance.
  • Oversee advertising campaigns on media platforms.
  • Ensure website is attractive,informative and user friendly
  • Determine return on advertising spend against industry averages.
  • Sound knowledge of lead generation, digital marketing tools, social media platforms and SEO best practises.

  • Excellent project management skills.

Customer Care Consultant Intern

Opportunity for Customer care consultant . Minimum of Diploma in Marketing or related qualification.

We wish to recruit a team-player who is highly talented and driven to fill the position of marketing intern .

    • Have sufficient knowledge about the mobile money products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly.
    • Ensure that all the company’s policies and procedures, code of conduct and regulatory guidelines are strictlycomplied with in the process of discharging duties
    • Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes
    • Inform and suggest new company products to customers
    • Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns to create an enlarged customer base
    • Register upper thresholds subscribers according to laid down rules and guidelines
    • Suggest effective ways through which the company can promote its products and services and increase customersatisfaction
    • Channel complex customer complaints and challenges to the right quarters for effective resolution
    • Provide assistance to all other members of staff in other departments of the company by liaising with them throughhealthy interactions
    • Be involved in performing some financial related and marketing transactions
    • Ability to listen, be mindful and attentive to customers
    • Communicate clearly with customers
    • Remain focused and calm to offer effective assistance.

Legal and Compliance Officer

Chaperone Limited is a digital platforms company and we wish to recruit a team-player who is highly talented and driven to fill the position of Compliance and Legal Officer | Corporate Secretary.

  • Research, implement, and manage the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy and other regulatory and legal affairs of the Company.
  • Preparing Board of Directors annual work plans in consultation with the Chairman and Managing Director.
  • Assuming broader corporate secretarial duties.
  • Draft and peruse commercial contracts.
  • Ensure that company policies and procedures are in line with all relevant regulations and laws.
  • Provide regular training for newly hired and other company staff, particularly when regulations and laws change.
  • Initiate investigations when possible non-compliance takes place within the company.
  • Exceptional customer focused and data influenced decision-making skills.
  • Team player with high integrity and ethics.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong research skills.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Compliance or Legal roles (preferably in financial services).
  • Undergraduate degree (LLB, Law).
  • Experience in Corporate Governance (King IV Code) is an added advantage.
  • Must fulfil the all Fit and Proper Requirements of the Central Bank of Lesotho.
