Chaperone Limited is a highly customer-centric and innovative financial Technology company. We are licensed by the Central Bank of Lesotho as an Issuer of Electronic Payment Instruments in terms of section 12 of the Payment Systems Act No. 55 of 2014. We are looking for a Distribution Intern. S/He will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing agents, recruiting new ones, and working directly with other stakeholders in the Distribution unit.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management with exisiting clients – increasing their transactions and problem resolutions.
- Manage Agents to make sure they remain transacting.
- With the assistance of the S&D Manager, recruit strategic Partners to build a strong Ecosystem for the company.
- Closely monitor Agents Perfomance and customer sevices through mystery shopping.
- Refresher training on agents and training of new employees at existing agents.
- Train sales staff in liaison with HR to ensure availability of competent talent for effective and efficient operations.
- Filing of Agent KYC and contracts.
- Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports showing the progress of the operations for information and management decisions.

Qualifications, Experience, and Exposure
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services.
- Commercial Diploma.
- Demonstrated Sales Experience.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have Mobile money experience.
- 3 Reference letters, one from the current/recent employer.
